Brand: A Lasting Impression Maldives

By booking a photography session with A Lasting Impression Maldives, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a professional experience during our 2026 Maldives Residency.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking via Stripe to secure your date and time slot.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the photoshoot, payable in Cash (USD) or via Stripe before the session begins.

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Due to the limited nature of this residency and pre-booked travel expenses, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Weather Policy: Tropical showers are common. If heavy rain prevents shooting, we will attempt to reschedule within the remaining residency dates. If rescheduling is impossible due to travel departure, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

  • Punctuality: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

3. Logistics & Communication

  • Post-Booking Coordination: Since our booking system does not have a “Special Requirements” field, you must contact us via WhatsApp or Email immediately after locking your slot to confirm the meeting point and share any specific requests.

  • Boat Transfers: For Sandbank sessions, the client is responsible for arranging and paying the private boat transfer fee directly to the boat captain.

  • Location Fees: Any entry fees for private resorts, parks, or monuments (e.g., Sultan Park) must be covered by the client.

4. Digital Delivery & Artistic Style

  • Sneak Peek: 5 high-resolution photos will be sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours.

  • Final Delivery: Your full edited gallery will be delivered via WeTransfer or Google Drive within 5 business days.

  • Client Responsibility: WeTransfer links typically expire in 7 days. It is the client’s absolute responsibility to download and back up all images immediately. A Lasting Impression Maldives is not liable for expired links or lost data once delivered.

  • Artistic Integrity: The photographer retains the right to edit and release only those images consistent with the brand’s artistic standards. RAW (unedited) files will not be provided.

5. Usage Rights & Portfolio

  • Personal Use: Clients are granted a license for personal use (social media, prints, personal websites). Commercial resale of images is prohibited.

  • Portfolio Rights: A Lasting Impression Maldives reserves the right to use selected images for promotional purposes (website/social media). If you require a private session, you must notify us via WhatsApp or Email immediately after booking.

6. Liability

  • Safety: The photographer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring during the session.

  • Equipment: In the unlikely event of total equipment failure or data loss, liability is limited strictly to a refund of the amount paid for the session.


By completing your deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
